Hosting
The site runs on a server in the EU. When you visit, technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) may be processed in server logs as required for operation and security.
Inquiries & price configurator
If you contact us via the form or price configurator, we store the details you provide (e.g. names, email, phone, preferred date, place, guest count, chosen duration and moments) and the time of the request. Purpose: handling your inquiry and preparing an offer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or (f) (legitimate interest in orderly communication). Data sits in our CRM/lead database and is kept only as long as needed for the inquiry and legal retention duties.
Cookies & consent
Essential storage (e.g. admin session, remembering your cookie choice) runs without opt-in. Analytics cookies only after your consent via the cookie banner. You can change this anytime via the “Cookies” link in the footer.
Google Analytics 4
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). Usage data (page views, coarse location/device info) may be processed and also transferred to the US. We enable IP anonymization and load Analytics only after consent (Google Consent Mode). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Withdraw anytime in cookie settings.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. An email to the address above is enough to reach us.
